I think this sounds great! I can pictures the music to it in my head.
I think you could still go with more in this song if you wanted to, I would suggest that you combine verse 1 and 2, and possibly write a 3rd one? This sounds like you were on a pretty good role so you should be able to come up with some additions easily.
