This is something I wrote back in 1980, but for reason I won't get into,
it somehow seems to be appropriate to me again at this point in my life.

Im sorry this is appropriate in your life right now. But being an optomist I can't help but say if it's been 24 yrs since this song fit your life, you're better off then most.
I like the song and I like your style. I think you write very well. Your message is strong and it comes through loud and clear.
What would we do if we couldn't express ourselves through music?

Thank you for your kind words, and I realize that 24 years is a long time, but this is the first time that I've actually just wanted to leave everything and just go and not come back, but after thinking about all the good times this one (shall I say extremely) bad experience shouldn't drive me away.and I'm seem to be seeing things much clearer now.
