How about some good songs to try with a clean tone! I hardly ever play without some kind of od/dist. But thats why I'm looking to expand horizons. I just need a little help finding material. Nothing too fancy but something to have fun with.

phish, most jazz guitar, a lot of clapton's stuff is pretty clean, sublime, lot's of country music.

check out Ry Cooder or John Hiatt. one has interesting guitar playing and the other is a great song writer.
