I looked up the demeter tremulator and they are around 200 bucks or so...

How much is a good chorus pedal. I know nothing about pedals, so what ARE some good ones anyways, so I can take a look at guitar center.

Thanks a lot for all the replies.

TC Electronic Chorus pedal

This is one I'm looking at now. New it comes in around 300 bucks, but I saw it for $75, seems like a great deal... It's gotten awesome reviews at harmony central, my only concern is I can't play it before I buy it. Either way I doubt I'd be dissapointed, being that I really don't know what sound I want out of one, and its described as one of the best chorus pedals and money is a big concern, don't want to let the 225 buck save slip me by, lol.

Anyone know anything about it, and or think me not trying it first is stupid?

I didn't check if they make chorus pedals (they probably do) but check out Digitech's line of pedals. They have some good reviews from HC and they have a bunch of different ones for $50 at musicians friend

I am sure that is a wonderful pedal, but $300! You can buy a real nice multi-effects pedal for far less than that. Many of those will have a Leslie effect, plus you will get many, many other effects as well.

The cheap Digitech or Behringer multi-effects will absolutely have chorus, and probably leslie as well.

I might pay $100 for a single effect if I really loved it and heard a particular model was outstanding, but never $300.

If you know something better than Rock and Roll, I'd like to hear it - Jerry Lee Lewis

Also, Before I forget: I was playing the bridge part on an acoustic in school and the custodian...grounds worker, whatever, said that there was a blues version that blows away Claptons. He told me who it was by but I can't remember, anyone know of any covers of it? He said the guy was famous, although I couldn't remember any songs by him, and he's been around for a while?

You can type in "badge" in kazaa, and see if u get that song by any other artists.

And for the pedals, you might want to check these out:

If I can get that TC electronic pedal for less than 150 bucks, I'm going with it. Although right now the bid is at 144, and theres 4 hours left to go so I doubt that will happen.

I found out the artist, Robben Ford, the custodian was nice enough to bring in his CD for me, so I'm listening to it now. Pretty cool.

Thanks for the suggestion, if the electronic falls threw I'll be searchin for a different one.
