how do you get rid of fret buzz on an acoustic?
There are different ways to achieve this. Could be anything from adjusting the truss rod, file the frets, adjust the bridge or the nut, change string to a larger size. It would depend on were the problem is.

Yeah...if you know a good guitar tech you can bring it to them and tell them you have string buzz and they can check out what might be causing it.

Check Frets.com's Buzz Diagnosis pages. It's very helpful.

the action is way to low on it, i dont know how to change it on an acoustic. since i could never fine a knob, or anything, its really bad, it keeps me from playing it, plus it would have a nice rich tone if i could get the buzz out
If you know it's because the action's too low, take it to a shop you trust and let them have a look at it. That's what I'd do, anyway. It shouldn't cost too much to have it set up properly.
