A friend just gave me an old Boss RC20 looper, but haven't had time to play with it.

I think I originally saw the link for this video here on GN...Phil Keaggy using a JamMan (looper) doing his song Salvation Army Band...

that's what i was thinking. echoplex pedals are soo cool! i played on an original one once - wish i had one.
