Have any of y'all read the new book "Clapton's Guitar"? Its
one of my favorite books this year.
"Clapton's Guitar: watching Wayne Henderson build the
perfect instrument"

Its all about guitar maker Wayne Henderson making a guitar for Clapton, but its not just a guitar-geek book...there's lots of good stories about music legends and lots about real craftsmanship (at times reminded me of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" when talking about the guitar-making process)
Makes me want one of those pre-war Martins (but I can't mortgage my house right now).
I think you'd really like it.
Check it out...really good summer reading.
