Welcome to Guitar Noise,
There was a similar thread not long ago,

I agree with what was said in the other thread. My buddy and I just make up stuff to play. I'll pick a rhythm chord progression and he'll improvise over the top of it. We've come up with some really cool stuff this way, and we've only jammed like that once so far! It has now become a weekly, Tuesday night event.

Try googling for a "Under the Milkyway Tonight" tab by the Church.
There's a nice easy 2 guitar arrangement out there with a standard guitar and one capoed at the 5th fret.

They say only a pawnshop guitar can play the blues. An eBay one does it better. A guitar's bound to feel unloved if her owner plasters pictures of her over the internet for all to see and then sells her off to the highest anonymous bidder.
Bon Jovi has an acoustic album out and they do everything as a "duet". Besides their own material they do Mrs. Robbinson, Shooting Star, Knocking on Heaven's Door, and a few others I can't think of...GREAT album!
Hey Mike, what's the name of the album? I'd like to check it out.

A thought, on this same subject.
Sometimes it is hard to see the trees for the forrest is an old saying and can hold true here as well.
Instead of looking for specific songs with 2 guitars start more simply by looking at bands with 2 guitars and then look through their songs.
Start with duos like "Simon and Garfunkel" or "Seals and Croft"
then go to groups that you know had more than one guitarist like "Crosby Still and Nash" "Peter, Paul and Mary" "America" or "Moody Blues"
Choose your genre but you get the idea.
....and let's not forget the mighty Rolling Stones!!! :)
