The beginning part sounds like a Phaser with OD to me. That slow wobble in and out.
The rest of the song sounds like over drive. Its has a heavy mix....to my ears so whether that's done at the front or during mixing/mastering I can't tell.

sounds like a phaser to me, but you can get a pretty similar effect using a wah with a wide sweep and moving it slowly through the entire range, so autowah or manual-wah are both possibilities too. try whatever of these you happen to have and go with whatever gets you closest to their sound.
