Well, i finally figured out how to tap. I've been practicing tapping for about a month and i finally figured it out to today at my local music store. I was playing a V-shaped Peavey and something just clicked. i found my rythym, now all i have to do is gain speed :twisted:
Eruption here I come! 8) !

Guitars: Electric: Jackson DX10D, J. Reynolds Fat Strat copy
Acoustic: New York and a Jasmine.
Amps: Austin 15 watt, Fender Deluxe 112, Fender Champion 600 5w, 0ld 1970's Sears 500g.
Effects: Digitech Whammy, Big Muff Pi USA, MXR, Washburn Distortion.

Nice job man. Alternating between chords have recently been clicking for me. Funny how things just happen...just like *SNAP* That!

Congrats on the eureka moment. Onwards and upwards.

Strange it should happen in the guitar store. I normally go to pieces in stores when I'm trying stuff out. Had a play with a Gibson LP the other day in a local store and couldn't play for toffee. :oops: I quickly made my excuses and left.

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.

Its an amazing feeling when something you have been practicing to death finally just clicks and you can do it.

It still seems strange to me when it happens, despite having had many of those moments so far! :lol:
