Hey, congratulations!

(Not electric, but it's a Johnson!)
The guy looking over your shoulder looks impressed! :D Nice choice of coach...or is it you that's teaching him some new moves??...
When I bought my Johnson hollowbody, a friend saw it for the first time and exclaimed "Geez, you've got a big red Johnson there..." and burst into a fit of laughter. :? It was weeks later that I discovered, via the internet, what he was sniggering at. Doesn't seem to commonly have that meaning here.
So I actually have two Johnsons - one big one and one quite tiny one (What?! ...No... noo... the small one is actually a mandolin, and that plays OK too.)
Cheers,
Chris
The Man with more Than One Johnson.
Well, I have a Johnson soprano ukulele, too.
And I used to have yet another Johnson as well, a JR-200 spider resonator.
When I came home with that pic, my daughter saw Jimi and said, "Look! Daddy has a friend!" :D

Puke, Johnsons aside, what are you using for an amp? Did you get one of those to?

Looking for people to jam with in Sydney Oz.......
That is indeed a guitar shop. J.J.'s House of Music, which sadly closed its doors for the last time tonight. I was there at the end.
BTW, did y'all know Johnson sells amps, too?

"I play live as playing dead is harder than it sounds!"
This entire convo about big Johnsons, little Johnsons, red Johnsons, all kinds of Johnsons, actual photos of playing with Johnsons, and Holy Moly, MORE THAN ONE Johnson smacks of a great SNL or Monty Python skit!!!
Too much fun for one Saturday night! 8)

Won't matter....when word gets around that there's a picture posted of some guy playing with his Johnson, it'll be like flies on manure. The entire GN universe will gather round to behold Ricochet in all his glory....

Lost in all this is that we have a young one learning all about his new Johnson. They grow up too fast. <sniff sniff>
