To my untrained eye it looks like a Guild headstock and an ESP body.

Two ideas for figuring out what it is. First, look under the pickups - sometimes there are codes on the back of them that could help identify it. Second, post your picture over on the Japan Axe Forum. There are a lot of folks who are very knowledgeable about Japanese guitars.
