Guitar ID needed

Can anyone tell me what guitar model is this? It looks like it's Fender, but I can't find this model.

I really like how it looks and would be glad to get one.

Or if thats too expensive, get a squier custom telecaster.

A cheaper alternative would be this MF exclusive:

I like the looks of the MF custom a lot more, plus it's got coil tapping pre-wired in. Not a huge fan of the pickguard on the 72, either...
