Yeah, whatever gets the kids interested and if Hello Kitty gets more females into guitar playing, that's great, too. If I were in a death band, I'd probably get some sort of metallic hot pink guitar. I'm not into that, however. Anybody remember Vinnie Vincent, the early 80's guitarist for KISS and then his own band. He was all about some pink, but the boy sure could shred the pink box.

It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!

Well I'll tell ya, when I went and picked up my AF-75 they had a few of these in the store. Me being me I grabbed one plugged it into a blues jr. and began playing Hoochie Coochie Man on it. They are really good sounding guitars, nice finish on the neck and frets. Overall very good quality, for a reasonable price.

Immature? Of course I'm immature Einstein, I'm 50 and in a Rock and ROll band.

One of your many? :o I agree with the whole deathmetal thing. If you upgraded that sweey baby so it sounded good (I assume it doesn't stock. Or at least doesn't sound great) it would be hilarious. You'd have to be good though to lug that thing on stage.

Guitarin' isn't a job, so don't make it one.

Emily Strange? You know my first thought was (says something about my age I guess  ) "See Emily Play," which I do believe was Pink Floyd's first single, way back in the Syd Barrett days ...

Since you are in the UK you are "closer" to the home of the Floyd... Any stories or insider information you could share... Ever do a drive by of Glimour or Waters house? Ever see them in a small setting?
