Beautiful guitar! Have fun!
Vacate is the word...Vengance has no place on me or her...Cannot find a comfort in this world.
Doesn't quite play Freebird yet, but it will one day!
Well, it's no wonder, look at the shoes you wear. :D
Do they have a number on the back?
Just kidding, she's a beauty, have lots of fun.

If you know something better than Rock and Roll, I'd like to hear it - Jerry Lee Lewis
those shoes cost £12, about $20! The cheapest I could find as I spend all my money on guitar stuff these days! ;)
I'm lucky to have a lovely wife who let's me go a bit mad once in a while :D
Thanks for the nice words guys.
Do they have a number on the back?
No "L" & "R"
Nice axe, too.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?

Sorry, as usual I am distracting from the original subject, your new Lynyrd Skynyrd LP.
Have you had a chance to play it yet? What kind of amp are you playing it through? How do you like the slightly shorter fretboard?

Not had chance to plug it in yet, got a Marshall MG30DFX and will try it out soon, it seems nice, finish etc seems good, fretboard seems wider than my Lucille but still good. Only problem is the lack of markers on the neck, just about every marked one 357912 etc has a 'Y' in it ;)
Jim
I hope you know I was just kidding, nothing wrong with those shoes. :D
This would make a good thread in itself, do you wear any Rock N Roll clothes?
Check out these shoes.

Nice guitar.
I'm sure you can find someone to remove those inlays for you... or are you changing your name from Jim?
All kidding aside, congrats on your new axe; play it til you wear it out.
BTW, Free Bird is great fun to play, even for those of us who are all about "find the root note and hang on to it".
In walking, just walk. In sitting, just sit. Above all, don't wobble.

I'm all about, find any note and hope it doesn't sound too bad ;)
Does anyone know how I can tell if the pickups are 57s? Someone told me the later Skynyrd ones had different Pups, don't know if that is correct or not?
