Oh my goodness you guys, I was in the store today, looking for a drum set when I found a Epiphone G-400 for only $189. I have been wanting one of these since I started playing the guitar. I think I might go put it in the lay away at this particular store until I save 89 more dollars. Isn't that great? 8)
I'd buy it in a heartbeat, assuming it's in good condition. It's a great guitar, in my mind, the best of the Epiphone has to offer, before entering the Elists series.

Yeah, i've been impressed with every G-400 that i've played. Definately go for it for that price!
I don't like the standard Epi LPs much but that SG is awesome. A total steal for that price, definitely go for it if you can! I've played a number of 'em and the quality seems fairly consistent.
Ive got a G-400 Custom - Its unbeleivable, so the standard G-400 should be pretty impressive too...Damn thats cheap!
