To post pics you need to have a place to host them on the web. They need to be on the web prior to using them here. Another website. There are some service sout there that host images for free if you don't have a website. Just google "image hosting".
Once you have the pictures uploaded to the web somewhere, right click on the picture and click "properties". Copy the URL that you see.
When you post here, just click the "Img" button at the top of the posting, then paste the URL you just copied, and then click the "Img" button again.
Before you upload your images, etc... test it out. Go find a picture on the web somewhere, right click it, click properties, copy the URL, post a message here and try to insert the image. Once you have that down, you just then need to find a place to upload your personal pictures.
Also, you mentioned that the guitar was on eBay. You could always just right click the images from the eBay listing and try to post them here instead of trying to opload your own (since they are pictures of the same guitar!).
