Live gigs gone wrong.... name yours!

This past weekend I had my worst show ever, and though I was at first destroyed by it, it dawned on me that the worst possible action had happened; it could hardly get worse than this (normally easy) open mic that I BOMBED in every way. I could never worry about being nervous again with this under my belt.

So, we all have a worst show, and I find that I learned a lot and grew from mine. Hence, I am curious to hear what horrible moments everyone has had, how they dealt with it (crowd-wise, and personally) and mostly, what sort of new knowledge you walked away with...
