While noticing all the posts on strings lately something came to mind. Does Martin own a string manufacturing facility or do they contract another company to make their strings? If they contract it out who is the company?

I think they make their strings in Nazareth in the same place they make the guitars. I think I saw that on a virtual tour or something.

No, I think they have a plant in Mexico where they make BackPackers and strings. I might be wrong tho.

I could have sworn I read/saw that they made them at the Nazareth plant.
