Need help IDing a guitar

I've spent about two hours trying to ID this instrument. It is a vintage guitar we no long have in possession.

i can see the brand say premier but other than that google helps none..

Thats what I think it says too, I couldn't find anything through google searches. I figured someone on the forums could recognize the headstock.
