Classic Noteboat.. Short and sweet. Direct and to the point. No pondering, no thinking, you show him a sheet of music, boom, you get an answer.
omg...your awesome, thanks man :D

LOL I wish! I just looked at the bass line and knew it was early (see the simple arpeggio accompaniment)... looked at the dotted eighth/sixteenth pattern in the right hand, and figured it was either Bach, Mozart, or Scarlatti. Flipped through a couple books of sheet music, and bingo.
One of the advantages of having taught so long - I have a pretty big library of all kinds of music (for all kinds of instruments)

hey...just one question about that piece....is there any way to play that on one guitar =
Not as written, no... you could probaby write a decent guitar arrangment of it, though.

Don't bash David, that's a quick way to disappear around here!
But seriously, in all fairness, he knows it's a transposition, it's not like he messed up. From what I understand, transposing a song is often a helpful tool in making it more accessable on a given instrument, playing in Bb for example, is not particuarly kind to the beginning guitarist, where playing in D often is.
