To my knowledge, there is no master list of who makes what for whom - it's not in the interests of the "guitar manufacturer" for his customers to know that another company produced it. On the other hand, there's little to stop people finding, at least, some of it out.
Samick used to produce a lot of Epiphone stuff, but that was split amongst other manufacturers. I think the only thing that Samick still make for Epi is the Dot (and, maybe, Sheraton).

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

The guy in the link I posted makes a good point. Just because Samick or Cort makes guitars for Epiphone or Ibanez doesn't mean their own brand (if there's one), or the guitars they manufacture for other brands will be of the same quality. It is safe to assume that production is made to the standards and specifications of the brand who commisions these factories to produce the items. I'm sure they also have a say in quality control. So it becomes less important who makes what. After all, who makes their own stuff nowadays anyway. :)
