I personally love the duncan JB model. It isn't a dimarzio ultramega distortion though, but it puts out exellent mild to moderate distortion and exeptional cleans. Here it is: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=guitar/search/detail/base_pid/300035/

A Gibson would give that sound, but theyre a little pricey: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=guitar/s=accessories/search?c=4394&c=4425

A semour duncan '59 might do it: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=guitar/s=accessories/search/detail/base_pid/300010/

I also heard somewhere that the strat has a smaller humbucker than a gibson or whatever, I think ducan calls them "Trembuckers" but I don't know. If thats the case, then a gibson wouldn't work.
