Oy, fellow axeswingers!
I thought maybe it was time for a "pictures of yourself"-thread, as I couldn't find any in the search and I like to put faces to usernames, so to speak. Move this if it's in the wrong place, please.
So post away. I even took this one just for this thread:
Edit: dig the glowing chest. The ladies love it.. or something..

hey undercat,

Hey yoyo u look cool (how many girlfriends u havin  )
Here's me playing with my Johnson (Tricone) at an open mic at JJ's House of Music in Bristol, TN a couple of years ago. A couple of months ago I let my hair and beard grow out, so I look even more disreputable now. Up in the "Guitar Contests," etc. forum I posted some pics of me when I had similarly sprouted fuzz last fall, posing with my then-new Gibson Pete Townshend Limited Edition SJ-200. Won't take much looking to find a thread titled "You know, somebody DOES win these things!"
When my teenage daughter saw this picture, she immediately noticed the image of Jimi Hendrix looking over my shoulder and said "Oh, look, Daddy's got a friend!"

(Does kinda look almost as if he were guiding my hands. I could sure use the help!)
On another board a few years back, I was having a conversation with a teenager about Hendrix. He idolized Jimi and could hardly believe I remembered hearing him when he was alive. (I never got to see him live, alas!) He said, "My mom was born the day Jimi died!"
