anyone no any safe sites where you can get your own recorded demos up and only people who no a code or password can acess it? does this type of thing exist?

I'm not sure about that. Why would you want something like that? Places like dmusic and soundclick are nice because they let other people hear your music.
Like Taso said, why would you want that? Heck, I bet record company scouts maybe even browse sites like soundclick, etc. to find new talent, that could be your lucky break... 8)
