I stumbled across Variations today, a site with reproductions of orchestral and operatic scores. Neat stuff - if you've got a CD of a classical piece you can follow along and see how it's orchestrated.

Great resource NoteBoat - Thanks. I've already found two I had been on the lookout for, with a view to making some (multi-part) guitar arrangements: Air from Bach's orchestral suite in D and Beethoven's 7th symphony 2nd movement.
Cheers :)
