It was strange how they were encouraging you to contact them rather than the actual Ibanez company because it's just as easy to phone Ibanez. It sounds like it was a forgery and they were trying to make it seem as if the guitar was broken so you couldn't find out it was a fake. It's suspicious that a genuine rare custom guitar would go for such a small amount.

Well as i said i'd already received the refund before i found out "what happened" n I researched the guitar extensively on the net b4 n im certain its no fake...Just think they didnt want it to go for such a low price. Their fault really for having a really badly created listing...
I've just gone with Wes's suggestion...Not expecting to hear anything tho. :roll:
