It probably was when i heard Angus Young solo on the old AC/DC albums. I had no choice but to learn guitar after hearing that stuff. :)
i'd always wanted to play....felt i was missing out on 'something' since i was a teen....now i'm forty something and doing what i should've 30 yrs back....
two things kick started me late last year....a girl i was dating did a tarot reading on me and the cards 'said' there was something i'd always wanted to do and if i did it would lead to financial security :lol:
the other was johnny cash's version of 'hurt'.....it just reached inside me at a very emotional time in my life...my dad had just died after years of suffering from alzheimers :(
oh yeah.......AND THE CHICKS :oops: :P
