Same difference there is between a violin and a viola.

A mandola (or tenor mandolin) is a little bigger, a little longer - 16" or 17" scale length... mandolins are around 14"... and tuned lower by a fifth.

They also make mandocellos and mandobasses.

Its not often you hear of a mandola, the mandolin seems the more popular of the two.

That's sarcasm, right there. I like cats, but I'm not obsessive. The name I made up as a funny play on the phrase 'under dog', and the cat pic just matches the name.

Well, i am a fan of spindly plants actually, tho not necessarily in the moonlight. They tend to go pale!
We have 2 cats , or maybe theres 2 cats that have two humans!
