I like the Jeff-Buckley-ness of gateway's Tele. That is one of the nicest colour combinations for a Telecaster I think.
As you could tell a bit of a thing for telecasters the tele custom is a good guitar one of my faves and they are cheap :D but have to say the Fender is fantastic only had it a few weeks been gassing for one for about 2 years now if only i could play the thing :lol:

I've been keeping my hands off the 'for music' savings for close to a year now. Birthday last year - nix. Just put a bit more cash away. Christmas - nada. Tucked a few more dollars aside instead. Plus I saved bit more each week, until the strain of seing it sitting there was just TOO MUCH and it burned a hole clean through my pocket once again. :shock:
So here they are. Last week's purchase of a Yamaha AES 620 which is a lovely instrument, especially for the price. The rather ordinary photo just doesn't do it justice. Great specs and beautifully finished. And then yesterday my friend at the local music shop offered me a price that I just couldn't refuse on an Epiphone G400 that he'd had in stock for a while. Both have lovely low actions, were well set up right off the shelf, and are just a joy to play. :D :D :D
