I've just changed the whole set of strings on my acoustic guitar (80/20 Bronze strings) and everything is set up as normal, but there seems to be a 'tinny' vibrating noise coming from around the headstock or first fret area whenever I play some of the strings quite hard. Can anybody help me out?

It's normal. It's the section of string between the tuner post and nut ringing. Just part of the acoustic guitar sound. If you don't like it, weave some foam through or pack some under the strings above the nut.
