Any places online to get Pots and knobs for Crate Amps? I just got in a NICE GX-40C with a busted off Pot.
I'm a radio/ipod/Computer tech. Soldering is my marmalade & tea.
I can handle soldering battery connectors back onto ipods mainboards, So amps are a joy to work on! At least with amps you can see what you are soldering.
Also What is good to do on a normal service besides clearing out the cobwebs?

Not sure if I still have the "amp" part of a crate amp I had, but if I do I'd be willing to let parts go cheap. I'm using the cab and speaker with an Epiphone Junior 5w head. Let me rummage around my spare parts closet.

Will Do Thanks for looking! Maybe I could try contacting Crate directly. I need the Mode pot for the DSP controller. Looks easy enough to solder in. :roll:
