Changing Valves = Bias Adjustement?

Hi Experts :)

I have a Hughes & Kettner Tube 100, and one of the 4 Valves i have is nearly dead. For the records the amp was sold with 4 Ruby EL34L. I read so many things by googling about the tubes i have and replacement... I was just wondering if it is worth to keep the remaining Ruby EL34L and to change just the one which doesnt work? Also, let's say it is not worth to buy just one but to buy a set of 4 brand new one, do i need to do the BIAS Adjustement?
While i am asking any good suggestions for some good tubes brand?
