I am seeking help with this frustrating issue.

If u note the last part there's is a clicking noise
Guitar is Epi plustop pro and the noice will be loud when I tap the coils from HB position to single coil
I hope someone have an answer to this

Sorry I didn't listen to the file. You're hearing a loud pop between form a push/pull pot? You should hear a normal click sound, but not a loud pop.
Me personally: I'd clean the pot first & see if that fixes/helps. If not then I'd swap it out. I'm not a huge fan of push pull pots, SO I'd probably just wire it up humbucking and put in a 500k pot. A lot of that is my personal preferences tho.
