Ok men, I just picked up a Gibson studio lespaul. Where is the best place to get parts for this thing? It needs pickups, tuners, pick guard assembly,knobs....
Try http://www.guitar-parts.com They have a decent selection of stuff for Gibbys.
You can try http://www.amazon.com and of course Ebay if you dont find what you want at guitar-parts. Those are really the only online sites I know of that I would trust.
At this time I would like to tell you that NO MATTER WHAT...IT IS WITH GOD. HE IS GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL. HIS WAY IS IN LOVE, THROUGH WHICH WE ALL ARE. IT IS TRULY -- A LOVE SUPREME --. John Coltrane
why do you need all these parts? is the guitar missing them?
Go to MF or other sites and type in Gibson parts.
Yeah, why do you need all these parts? I bought my Studio used '98, plays great, I did buy a new saddle for it, but that's it.
If you know something better than Rock and Roll, I'd like to hear it - Jerry Lee Lewis
I got it from a buddy of mine,he stripped the paint of and put on crappy parts. It has p94s in it.I want to put 57s in.I will psi a pic in the next couple days.I bought it for $200.00 bucks,so i figured if I put $400.00 Into it I will have a nice Gib.
well it'll prolly look cool with bare wood. maybe you could seal the wood so that you don't ruin it and you'll have a cool grain showing through
makes for an interesting looking axe im sure
Derecola, check your PM for me. Musicians Friend has really good prices on pick-ups and some other hardware. There is also Allparts and Warmoth.
