I have an Epiphone SG, and all the notes are sharp on the twelfth fret. I've adjusted all the saddles down to the lowest position, and it's still too sharp. What do I do now?
Are you sure the strings are sliding in the saddle? Sometimes you can do the adjustment but the string doesn't slide.

I had to loosen the string adjust the saddle and then tighten it back up.
