I have a slammer by hammer electric with dark green wood finish.
I've striken it a couple of times, so I got several little holes on it and you can see the wood into, that has a lighter colour.
How can I repair the finish?

Maybe I could get some photos of the crack tomorrow...
Here it is brand new... you see the colour...

I'd leave them alone.  Honest wear gives a guitar character.

Hi!
Your probably right... those things make a guitar interesting sometimes... "it has a history..."  :D

But I'm planning to change it someday, so I might want it repaired before...

well i really can't see them in your photo . I have about nine guitars right now . but if it is a real issue . i find that for small nicks and scratches . nail polish will work, first find a spot to test it on. ie. the back. a little at a time letting it dry before appling the next coat. ;D

just one gold record away from retriment..

You can take your guitar to a store that sells auto paint, search util you find the right color, you can get very small bottles for touchup. use a wood toothpic or a Q-tip roll the Q-tip cotton verytight with your fingers, take a piece of masking tape and cut a hole about the same size of the ding, apply the tape with the hole over the ding, dip the pick or Q-tip into the paint, dab a drop of paint on the spot, do not try to spread the paint, just let the drop dry, you may have to do this two or three times as the paint will shrink as it dries depending how deep the ding is, Take your time and you should get a nice job.remove the tape. should you get too much and the paint sticks up, put on another piece of tape as before only larger, take a razorblade and carefully scrape the spot level. as already mentioned fingernail polish will do if you can find the right color.
