My new Esp ltd h-351nt

Ok so i just got this guitar and have a few set up questions.
I got to say this is a pretty nice guitar.out of the box it stays in tune and sounds great withe the emg 81/85 combo bit i noticed while tuneing it that the bridge seems to be on backwards...the adjustment screws for the intonation were pointing towards the neck doesent seem right....im haveing a noob moment here am i wrong? The angled saddle for each string is angled toward the bottom of the guitar...
