i just got a new esp guitar with seymour duncan humbuckers.when i adjust the volume dials the sound kicks in loud at 1 or 2 but doesnt get much louder goin all the way up to 10.could this be a pickup position problem or a wiring fault.its happening on both neck and bridge pups.thanks for any advice

that's an interesting problem.
two questions;
are you new to electric guitar?
is the guitar brand new and under warranty?
can you take it to where you bought it and have it checked?
