Wiring for a "Jazz Master" type circut

Hi, can anybody help? I have a pickguard with the following: two humbuckers, master volume, tone, two mini switches for coil splitting, a 3 way slide switch for pu selector, a 2 way slide switch for on/off and then two additional volumes, one for each pickup. This is of course custom and can't be found with other online diagrams. Any help would be awesome, thanks! Matt
