Two songs I've done with a Dutch singer/songwriter/guitarist. He wrote the second song, which turned out as a modern popsong while I wrote the first one, which ended up as a ballad vaguely like oldschool-metallica. He does the lead vocals, some backing vocals and all guitars (including the kickass solo in the first one! ), I did some backing vocals, synths, piano and string arrangements. We both mix back and forth and I did the final touches. Hope people like it!

The second one is going into iTunes . . . it's a keeper.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
I really like "Here to Stay" it's kinda got that laid back feeling that I enjoy so much.
In Space, no one can hear me sing!
I second that.
Congratulate Tuscan on a beeeeeyoooooteeeful song in your . . .
two Dutch dudes collaboration.
Laid back in Miami,
KR2 (no, I'm not sprawled out on the floor!)
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
I really like the second song as well. 8)

2nd tune is my favorite as well, some great recording! best with your music,
dale
Well since I'm a closet Metalica fan and just watched "Johnny Got His Gun" today I really liked the first one  I like the arrangement with the Piano and strings. Also the guitar kicks ASS  The song builds up nicely. You guys should do more collaborations, Hell you should do a CD together
Also the guitar kicks donkey :
I didn't know when the guitars started kicking donkeys. Surely they will be scared of six strings.
Really good work there Arjen. I am now seeing you as the new multi-talented superstar from GN !
Er... I'm sorry Sirs, I prefer 'Alone'. The second one is nice, too, but perhaps today I'm more in a 'hard rock mood'.
Congrats and thanks for sharing.
Just thought this should be bumped up because it is so darn good.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
I like both of them about the same.
You got a real nack for recording and a load of talent keep up with all the great music.
