Here's my first attempt at recording myself with a backing track. Hope to get some feedback on both the recording as well as the playing itself. I know it can be a lot cleaner, and the solo is a bit... lacking... heheh.

Cool, thanks for the comments guys! It's nice how supportive/positive this forum is. I was prepared for people ripping me a new one, tell me that it sucked and to stop playing guitar. :P

Good job! I thought the recording was pretty good for the first time out :D The solo was fine. You don't have to play a bunch of fact lead guitar on everything.Although it is fun :twisted:
