I've absolutely no idea what I'm doing but that doesn't matter. Here's the first part of a larger work I'm, well, working on. Fairly 'mainstream' orchestration with woodwinds (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, English Horn, Bassoon, Contra Bassoon), brass (French horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba) and strings (solo violin, section1, section2, viola, cello, contrabass).
All comments and suggestions extremely very much welcome. :D
Sounds pretty "big". Sort of like part of a film score. I like it in my own unqualified way. Thanks.

even god loves rock-n-roll
Isn't that dangerously close to Mozart?

You could make a living doing scores for Disney or someone. 8) Very nice piece. :D

John Williams has some competition now :D You should get together with some one who makes short films and do a film score and post it on youtube (and other places).I think working with real images would add some depth to the music. --ken
