I've never been a huge Dylan fan, his music tends to bore me. I listened to this song though, and I love his delivery. I attempted to record my own version. I've never really tried to sing a song with this kind of vocals before, it does not feel good.

My voice is dead.

I love playing rhythm songs like that on acoustic guitar. it seems after a while the strumming becomes like a motor purring.
it makes the terrific background for those great lyrics.
your guitar is perfect.
your voice was strained. try down tuning a half step. you should be able to hit those hard parts more comfortably .
way cool song. hadn't heard that before.
great delivery.
