"Moonshadow" is a song written and performed by Cat Stevens (known since 1978 as Yusuf Islam), first released as a single in the UK in 1970 on the Island label and in the US in 1971 on the A&M label. It also appears on Stevens' 1971 album Teaser and the Firecat.

Thank you, Rene. It sounds great as usual.

I think it's from a little before my time, but I remember this as one of those songs that everyone learning guitar "had" to learn. There was a certain appeal to it. Perhaps it's one of the easier songs to sing and play at the same time?

HI Paul,

As always, thank you for the solid support!!!

Truly, a guitar [;ayer must-learn, and a beautiful song!!!

Maybe, not an easy song to sing and play guitar imho.

Wishing you the best for 2023!!!

Warm regards,

Rene
