Here is my second attempt :D
I have put some chords down on this drum and bass track and tried to play lead in the style of Santana (not an easy task)
But hey I thought I'd give it a go.

Well you are sure getting there on the tone, one trick you might try
is looping a few bars and keep playing some lead on that until you get it bang on. Repeat the process throughout the track.
Another tip is that less is often more in a word its far better to play 5 notes and get every one spot on than say 15 and get a few wrong.
Enjoyed the listen and its great to hear that you are well on the road and even better getting there.

rodders, it sounds good, it really does, but I think it'd sound 1,000 times better if you put vibrato (if its there, I can't seem to hear it) on a bunch of those notes - it really adds a lot.
