Just something I wrote this afternoon and decided to record straight away - I was so pleased with how the chords sounded - even though it's only a VERY rough demo - I thought I'd try for a little feedback on this one, see if it's worth pursuing.

Man, that's a great song. It's definitely worth pursuing.
Here's another song of yours where you expect the drums to come in at some point.
Yep, definitely pursue.
I like it.
I was wondering what rhythm a bass guitar could add.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
see if it's worth pursuing.
Yep my friend it is ...
Great song you have there mate
Trev...:)
Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am
LOVE that chord progression Vic! 8) You always have good lyrics too that tell an interesting story. I wish I could write songs like you! Definately a keeper! :D

Congratulations Vic!
Always it is a pleasure to hear your songs. I agree with Dan, the chord progression is very nice. Usually I don't listen the lyrics, however, I did it this time... perhaps due to it also describes my current situation...
Thank you very much
:D
yes. you should develop this further. I hear all kinds of embellishments that could be added. harmonics, for example.
this is an open and breezy type of song. it fits the lyrics well. it reminds me of some things I heard in the 70's. around the time of the Eagles.
you have some good ideas there, Vic.
that came from the heart, a keeper for sure.
great stuff Vic

Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing. - Wernher Von Braun (1912-1977)
Vic, it's a great song. All it needs is for you to have a couple of shots of Tequila or (whatever your calming agent happens to be) to help you get all those feelings across in your singing. The singing is fine but I know you could make this one sparkle. Nice work. :D
