sounds good to me!
Sounds pretty good, you've got that riff down cold.
What makes the riff so good though his that vibrato Clapton puts on it. Try giving that a shot, it really adds a lot to the song.
Also, the main riff doesn't stay the same during the whole song, after clapton plays it the way you play it two times, he switches it to this:
(E)-------------------------------------------------------
(B)-------------------------------------------------------
(G)----11-11---9---11--------------------10v----------
(D)--- x- x ---x----x----------------12-------12------
(A)----12-12---10--12----12-11-10--------------------
(E)----10-10--- 8---10----------------------------------
^You have no idea how long it took me to tab that out, I'm so bad at tabbing stuff on here.
Listen to the studio recording of the song and you should be able to hear what I'm talking about, if not I can record it for you to give you an idea of how it goes.
Nice job over all, i'd love to hear some singing over that!
Taso
try this version, explains both riffs very well

Thanks for your input guys.
Taso, Jim, I am gonna include the riff in the intro.
I have also decided to be ingenious and make up my own solo.
Will post the link once its done.
Cheers

Well, actually, the way you are currently playing it is how the intro goes, the riff switches to the one I posted after you play the original 2 times.
Can't wait to hear it.
