basically you're playing the root notes of the C scale - just add to that, a few bends etc and you'll be laughing. My sympathies to you for Sir Barnabus - but we've already discussed that elswhere.
Just keep improvising - try and find notes that fit. No-one said you have to shreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed!
