Hey, I got so inspired by the recent collabs, I decided to do a version of the recent Crossroads Jam.
Here it is, hum, mistakes and all because, well, it's a jam! :)

Nice. I love that song. Someone will probably call this heresy, but I really like the Rush version of it they released on "Feedback".

Cool stuff! Loved the slide. :D
That's a scorcher! 8)

When my mind is free, you know a melody can move me
And when I'm feelin' blue, the guitar's comin' through to soothe me ~
Thanks guys! I just love that backing track. I was jamming with it again just now, trying to play the vocal part.
Whoever that bass player is on the track - real cudos also. It's dead-accurate as far as I can tell. :)
Hot job, Demo. :D

+1 on the slide kudos!

Just now got a chance to listen. Great stuff!!! You sure can play your rear off!!! :)

"Rock And Roll Ain't Noise Pollution"
Man thats good 8) 8) 8) Sounds like Duane Allman in the right channel
Wow, very nice.
Thanks for listening! :)
I got bit by the bug though; now I'm going through the original in slo-mo trying to pick up the actual lines he's playing. Wicked stuff what EC does, and the weird thing I was realizing (again), is that he did it on-the-spot 30+ years ago! It's become an iconic solo (as some of his others have), but he doesn't even play them like that anymore.
Fun realization, but also fun to try and figure out.
My next version might have a lap steel in A6 as the slide part.
That should be fun :)
